Tech finished on 31 points (P14, W9, L1, D4, GF 27, GA 12, GD 15), 6 points clear of 2nd placed Western.
STH ISLAND FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Woolston Technical lost on penalties to Dunedin Technical,
after being 2-2 at FT and and 3-3 after extra time.
PLAYER DEVELOPMENT LEAGUE KNOCK-OUT CUP CHAMPIONS
Congratulations to Robert Whitehouse and the team for winning the knock out cup. In the final they beat a Cashmere team stacked with 1st team players, 2-1.
WOMENS DIV 1: LEAGUE CHAMPIONS
Congratulations to the Womens Div 1 team who won their league with a game in hand. Sunday's win over Waimak United saw Tech secure promotion to the Womens Premier Football League for the 2010 season.
MASTERS 1: LEAGUE CHAMPIONS
Congraulations to the Masters 1 squad on winning their league. With 11 wins and 1 loss (37 goals for and 9 against) they are 14 points clear of nearest rivals Bays Navy with 4 rounds to go.

In 2009 Woolston Technical FC is fielding 12 senior football teams, 29 junior football teams and our Development programme 'Kick StartTM Football' for our youngest footballers.
Woolston Technical won the 2009 Coastal Spirit pre-season tournament. Woolston Technical were the 2007 English Cup champions. Tech were also U19 National club champions in 2007 and runners up 2008.
Woolston Technical Juniors hold the 2007 McAnulty Memorial Cup for the best performed Christchurch football club with more than 10 competitive teams.
Woolston Technical FC is a centre of football excellence with our home base at Garrick Park, in Hargood St, Woolston. Playing football at Technical provides a pathway for junior talent from local competition through to senior New Zealand football...and beyond.
